Sharing Kajukenbo with Family in Ukraine
« on: November 02, 2014, 09:39:38 PM »
Aloha everyone, just wanted to share a new thing I'm beginning.
I'm teaching a Father and his kids over the Internet.  Something new for me, but most of you are very far ahead of me and my computer skills!  I'm not too skilled on the computer, but excited about this project since my knees and back won't alow me to roll around on the mat anymore.  Just starting this experiment but will post my thoughts and progress.  Just got an iPad2
and am glad to share our great system around the world.  When I was younger, I was blessed to have the opportunity  to travel and teach in 6 different countries around the world and now have found another way to share my knowledge with others.
Just wanted to share my excitement with those who might care.
Mahalo and Aloha,
GM Gary Forbach

Just finished teaching my class in Ukraine!  The Face Time application is fantastic.  I could see all four students perfectly and it far exceeded my expectations!  Christoper is a Kajukenbo blue belt and showed strong and precise basics along with his 3 teenage kids.  They are there on a mission helping the people.  This worked so well that I am going to offer this to anyone interested around the World!
It especially works perfect along with the aide of my WKO DVDs.  This an exciting method of teaching and helping people anywhere they are.  I'll keep you posted on our progress.

GM, can you please explain to me how you do this? Are you using skype? Or some other program? I just moved from Washington state to Texas. But I loved my Kajukenbo class and instructor in Washington. And would love to figure out how we could do this. Thanks for your time and any information.
