Late GM Bailey's Gappling Form

GM Bailey Students,

Does anyone have any record of his Grappling form, I am told only a couple people ever learned it.
I don't know anything about it at all and wonder if anyone has notes or a video of it?
I am hoping to carry on these forms in my own training, so they are not lost forever.
