I used to teach Martial Arts (couldn't call it Kajukenbo, because my idea of Kajukenbo would not have fit with the ages) at a Kid's Fitness Center.  It was a little outside of Portland in a higher class area.  They paid me pretty darn well and the rates for everything there were really high.  They had Kid's Martial Arts, Gymnastics, Kid's Yoga, various little activity groups.  They even had a seperate room with a large window facing the kids where there were treadmills, weight machines, etc for the parents.  As a business, it was pretty good, though I couldn't stay there teaching little kids (3-6 year olds and 7-14 year olds).  Was just a high paid babysitter that incorporated some very basic exercises.
