How about Sigung George Lim's videos ?  I attended his seminars at the Las Vegas gathering of the Eagles, and it's similar to my Kaju material, which branched off from the CHA3 Kenpo.

Thanks for the compilation.  Those are pretty hard to find searching on the web if you don't really know what you're looking for.  Hopefully, this will help alot of people in their search.

Sifu Al also has a series of WHKD videos that can be purchased commerically.  Easy enough to find on Froogle.

I just finished watching "The Pit Workout" by Prof. John Hackleman (The Pit Master). Very solid program. Much of the same stuff we do before classes (But much longer and with some different excercises). He gives three different workouts and if you can get through one all the way, you're in good shape. Comes in handy. Especially if your class is on a break.
