original method under professor a. reyes and at the time my instructor was sifu Z.wishing now i stayed consistent and learned more, because now i live in england. and there are no kajukenbo schools here. closest i have found is in spain. a bit too far to comute. if i do make it back to the states my first extracuricular activity will be to start up where i left off. even if i.'m 65 years old.

I started Kempo in Milpitas, CA. under Instructor Keith Higa - Universal Kempo Karate School - founder Prof. Martin T. Buell. been with UKKS close to 5 yrs - until one of Sigung Sal banuelos - black belt took over the school (not sure what happen but Im told it was a good transaction) - then took an advice from a classmate to attend Sigung Sal's classes, he was still in San Jose, CA. at that time - North American Kajukenbo, he now resides in Arizona, (havent emailed him in awhile), then around 2000 We moved to Southern California - looked around for some school close where I lived, - finally found one of the BEST school's in Southern California - GLENDORA KAJUKENBO, under Prof. Doug Bunda and Senior GrandMaster Carlos bunda.  lineage under the Late Sifu John Leoning.  been with Glendora Kajukenbo ever since - As you all can see - same lineage with a bunch of full flavor - I've learned alot from my previous schools and still attain what they taught me (okay some) ;D, but the most Important thing of all - is this  - ALL THREE SCHOOLS COME FROM THE SAME ORIGIN - I respect them all and thank them for the knowledge and philosophy I've learned from each school - Now and forever - KAJUKENBO is always be a part of my life......Thank you Senior Granmaster Carlos Bunda and to Prof. Doug Bunda - without them - Kajukenbo will be incomplete.

to my Kajukenbo Brothers and Sisters - We must continue on to preserve our Original Method in Kajukenbo - or we will loose the essence of it all.

;D i have recently started training in GAYLORD'S METHOD OF KAJUKENBO under SIGUNG JIMMY WILLIS and i love this art , it has all ranges i need , there is no original( EMPERADO'S  METHOD ) close enough to attend so i plan on purchasing FORBACH'S SERIES TO SAMPLE THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF KAJUKENBO. I ALSO TRAIN IN FILIPINO ART OF KABAROAN WITH MY BROTHER IN LAW WHO IS A 5TH DEGREE BLACK BELT IN THE ART . HE'S ALSO A BROWN BELT IN KAJUKENBO, I LOVE KAJUKENBO. LONG LIVE SIJO
