KSDI HAWAII MUSEUM & HEADQUARTERS
« on: August 27, 2011, 08:18:43 PM »
GM Clarence Emperado Luna called today to let me know that he has leased a 3000 S.F. space in Honolulu for a Kajukenbo museum, and KSDI Hawaii Headquarters.  He will be moving 3 of his schools there so they can have classes all day/evening monday-friday, and 8am-12pm saturdays.   It will have a full training area with locker rooms.  He will be leaving his Palama Settlement school at Palama because of the historical connection there.
The Headquarters will be at: 777 Hotel St, Suite 201, Honolulu, Hi., and will have a grand opening in October.

I along with my instuctor SRGM Carlos Bunda and my son Professor Ronnie Kingi were at Sijo's Memorial on the 8th of October 2011 at the Pacific Beach Hotel In Honolulu Hawaii along with other grand masters and from Germany Professor wulf from WHKD which we all had a great time teaching at the seminar and were treated great by GM Clarence Emperado Luna also went to Ericka Iverson School and taught sparring there.  The new KSDI HAWAII MUSEUM & HEAD QUARTERS was not yet complet but when they finish it will be a great place to train and visit, this is a event which will be every year around the same time in October which is the low season in Hawaii and it becomes cheaper to visit there, this is like the KSDI

Has GM Emperado opened this new facility?  If not, does anyone know if he is still teaching at the Royal school location?  I am in Honolulu on business and would be honored to observe a class or train if allowed.

Does anyone have an update on the museum & school?  Is it open?  Phone number?
I would like the opportunity to stop by & pay my respects when I am there for Uncle Frank's birthday.
